The awards are a well-known fixture among the Readers’ Choice Awards in the German service provider industry and are being presented for the 15th time this year. The “Datacenter/Colocation XXL” category is aimed at providers of particularly large and high-performance data centers.
The SERVICE PROVIDER AWARDS are a barometer of sentiment in the IT infrastructure industry in Germany. The nomination is based on a public reader voting, where customers, partners, and industry professionals vote for their preferred service providers. Votes can still be cast until May 25. The winners will then be announced on June 25 at the Service Provider Summit on Petersberg.

The nomination in the Datacenter/Colocation XXL category is proof that firstcolo has established itself among the top German data center operators with its growth strategy. The planned data center in Rosbach vor der Höhe will be a new facility spanning over 11,000 square meters with a power capacity of 24MW. Commissioning is planned for 2027.
