Step by step: Our introductory process

Would you like to know in advance what to expect during our selection process? Here you will find everything you need to know about the procedure.
  • Have you found an exciting position with us? Then apply with your comprehensive CV via our careers page.
  • Our Match Makers will look at your application within 2 days and will contact you if they have any questions.
  • You will receive our feedback after 1 week at the latest.
  • Our first meeting takes place online via Teams. Depending on the position to be filled, we will discuss the requirements of the job, our expectations of the future job holder, and also your wishes for 45 to a maximum of 90 minutes.
  • If we decide together that we want to deepen our acquaintance, the next step will be either an invitation for a personality test or the opportunity to meet the team directly on-site as part of a trial day.
  • In a second personal interview, we clarify final questions, evaluate the results of your personality test, and discuss the contract terms. For management functions, you will receive a technical task in advance, which will be presented in the second interview.
  • If it is a “Perfect Match”, we will make you an offer and send the draft contract for review.
  • Once all questions have been clarified, we will send you your new employment contract and look forward to working with you!
  • In preparation for your first day of work, you will receive an induction plan for the first 6 months from us approx. 2 weeks before you start.
  • This means you are well informed about what to expect.
  • Do you have questions during this time? No problem, your future HR colleagues are always at your side.
  • An exciting program awaits you on the first day: After a general company overview, you will be equipped with the necessary IT.
  • You will then receive instruction on occupational safety and data protection.
  • The first day ends after you drop by your new team again.
  • To ensure rapid integration and make sure you have everything you need in your first few months, you will have regular feedback meetings with your manager. This allows you to adjust the induction plan if necessary and provides a good overview of knowledge already acquired and any remaining training needs.
  • In between, colleagues from HR will approach you during a walk or a coffee together to ask how you are doing.
  • Several weeks before the end of the probationary period, you will have certainty that everything fits.
  • A letter confirming the successful completion of the probationary period is then just a formality.
