Work-life balance has been an integral part of our human resources efforts for many years. By joining the nationwide corporate network “Success Factor Family”, we make a clear statement: family-friendliness is part of our corporate culture and is closely linked to our values as an employer. At firstcolo, we want to create a work environment where our employees can thrive professionally – without their families being neglected.

The network was founded in 2007 by the Federal Ministry for Family Affairs and the German Chamber of Industry and Commerce and now comprises over 8,900 members – from micro-enterprises to DAX-listed corporations. The goal is to gather good examples of family-friendly HR policies and to bring companies into dialogue with each other. “We are delighted with every company that becomes part of the (free) network and shares its experiences with others. The network office compiles best practices and makes them available to member companies in various ways. This way, every company finds its personal tip for everyday business,” explains Kirsten Frohnert, Project Manager, ‘Success Factor Family’ Network Office.
