Point-of-Presence Frankfurt (InterXion)
In addition to our own data centres in Frankfurt, we also have an additional point of presence with InterXion, including an IP transit option, which you can use for redundancy concepts. FRA15 and FRA16, the two largest of InterXion's 17 data centres in Frankfurt, are available for you. The locations are designed in particular for efficiency and reliability, and the concept is rounded off by the state-of-the-art infrastructure.
In addition, InterXion's data centres are powered by the core infrastructure of the DE-CIX internet exchange point, which is considered the world's largest peering point. This means you always enjoy optimal connectivity. Together with high energy efficiency, InterXion forms a powerful point-of-presence from which you can certainly benefit with us.
Point-of-Presence Frankfurt (NTT)
With our latest point-of-presence at NTT DATA, you have another powerful backup option for the Frankfurt location. As a long-standing operator of data centres, NTT, just like firstcolo, has plenty of expertise in the business field of data centre services and here, the highly available operation of your system landscapes is part of the daily routine, too.
With its own transformer station starting from "site 1", in addition to redundant power supply with up to 120 MVA power and 62 MW IT-load, the chances of a failure are reduced to a minimum. The package is rounded off by our own comprehensive monitoring of all critical applications based on predefined security standards.

Redundancy location Vienna
With our new carrier-neutral data centre in Vienna, we offer additional geo-redundancy in addition to our redundancy concepts in Frankfurt am Main, as requested by some customer groups. As usual, we provide our customers with a modern, secure and scalable infrastructure for demanding IT projects, a wide range of connectivity options to numerous carriers and Internet service providers as well as a direct connection to the Vienna Internet Exchange (VIX).
The strongly connected location in Vienna helps us and our internationally operating customers to reduce the local costs for network access and at the same time improve the performance of the connections. This makes our Vienna data centre an ideal overall starting point for establishing new business relationships for additional revenue potential. Within the community of our data centres, the Vienna location is predominantly used by the digital media sector and industries with high data traffic volumes.

Typically, the customer groups here are the financial sector and the cloud sector as well as digital media sector, predominantly with streaming offers.
