Data Center Location Greenfield
Our new ultra-modern and energy-efficient data center is being built in the Frankfurt area: AI-ready and with high-density racks up to 40 KW strong.
The location will have multiple fiber optic connections, allowing our customers to obtain managed Ethernet transport or dark fiber services from firstcolo or external service providers.
We are planning our new data center in Rosbach in the Rhine-Main area with a total capacity of up to 28 MW gross.
Highly efficient and sustainable, it will meet all requirements of the new Energy Efficiency Act (EnEfG), which data center operators must implement from 2027 onwards. This includes, among other things, achieving a PUE target value of 1.20, and the data center will also be able to release a portion of its waste heat.
The entire data center will be powered by 100% green electricity.
